The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable.

Nice place, beautiful setting, but very poor service in all aspects. Employees are way too relaxed, requestes are simply ignored by the hotel reception, timing of responses are completely unsatisfactory. Installations are old and maintenance is inadequate. Leaking air conditioning at the Aquitania suites, old cloth at the bedrooms, towels are 10 years old. Restaurants structure is poor, particularly at the beach. Plastic chairs are broken, nearly not enough sun umbrellas, it takes forever to be served, even if you want just water. Excellent bonding experience with my kids, but definitely a hotel that needs substantial maintenance and revamp.

This hotel is run down and poor management the staff strict rules and are unwilling to accommodate any guest requests place is dirty and the food is not good, my recommendation is to go elsewhere to avoid disappointment. The decor is outdated. The location is hilly far away from restaurants and shops. This place lacks infrastructure and service

Completamente incompatível com as informações apresentadas anteriormente a reserva, ao chegarmos demoramos 1 hora para entrar pois havia algum problema na porta e ao entrar percebemos que alguém não habitava ali há muito tempo. Lençóis furados, camas de solteiro unidas para formar cama de casal, chuveiro gelado, pêlos de barba (assim espero) espalhados pela bancada da pia e poeira/sujeira nos móveis da acomodação, isso foram algumas das observações que fizemos na primeira noite, saímos do quarto e tentamos ir ao restaurante, porém não tinham opções para alimentação e na recepção foi dito que apenas do quarto pelo telefone era possível pedir algo para comer, isso antes das 22h de uma quinta feira. Ao acordarmos fomos à recepção informar os problemas, a gerente prontamente me disse que a manutenção iria corrigir os problemas enquanto tomávamos café. No café não tinha prato, copos de plástico, acabou o café e a reposição demorou no mínimo 15 minutos, além da desorganização e confusão envolvendo o local. Ao retornarmos pro quarto após 2h avisada a recepção, nossa surpresa (ou não) era que ninguém havia vindo no quarto para consertar nenhum dos problemas relatados. Isso demonstra a falta de comprometimento e de importância do hotel para com seus hóspedes., A propósito, a vista do quarto é muito bonita, e por isso dei nota 1, se não era zero.

Me hospedei no resort em agosto de 2024. Fiquei de domingo até quarta-feira. Na segunda-feira, já tivemos a primeira decepção: tudo fechado - o restaurante da praia, o clube, o bar do clube, o bar da piscina. O restaurante da Marina estava aberto, mas a van do resort não era autorizada a nos levar até lá! Estávamos sem carro e com um bebê de 9 meses - ou seja, isolados, sem opções! Decidimos pedir um almoço delivery de um restaurante da região. Nova surpresa: o hotel não pode emprestar prato e talher para uso dos hóspedes. Nos deram dois pratos de isopor e talher de plástico. A van que leva os hóspedes até a praia estava caindo aos pedaços, com fios soltos e a porta nem fechava por completo. Havia uma copa para bebê no terceiro andar - para esquentar mamadeira e comidinhas. Mas nem um filtro de água é disponibilizado. Além disso, durante toda a nossa estadia o local não foi limpo nenhuma vez! O lixo sequer foi recolhido - ficando cheio de mosquitinhos. No restaurante de café da manhã havia cadeirão para uso dos bebês - todos sujos! Nós é que tínhamos que limpar e retirar as formigas. Para não ser injusta, fomos muito bem tratados pela Rita, que organizou o quarto com grades na cama e banheira para nossa bebê. Foi sempre muito solícita e gentil. No geral o hotel teria uma ótima estrutura! Mas é antigo e fora de temporada fica tudo fechado! Não há manutenção. Profissionais sem treinamento. Sensação de hotel fantasma.
